Marcia Maust's Davis journey began in 1997, when she was looking for answers to help her own daughter who, at that time, was in second grade and was struggling in the public school system with reading, writing and spelling. As she read the book, The Gift of Dyslexia, by Ronald Davis, she soon realized that the book accurately described her daughter's learning difficulties.
Because the Davis® Dyslexia Correction Program was such a life-changing experience for Marcia's daughter, she decided to pursue licensure with Davis Dyslexia Association International.
Marcia had the privilege of training directly under Ronald Davis in Burlingame, California. She was also guided by Davis Specialist, Charlotte Foster, Bernardsville, New Jersey, who was also her daughter's Davis Dyslexia Correction Facilitator.
Marcia has been licensed since 2000 and has provided well over 100 successful Davis Dyslexia Correction Programs in her home-based business. Marcia is willing to travel to your location if that is more convenient.

In October of 2007, Ronald Davis announced that a training program was being developed for the new Davis Autism Approach® Program. Because Marcia had already seen remarkable results with some of her past dyslexia clients (who also possessed autistic traits) as the result of implementing the Davis tools, it was only natural that she decided to pursue licensing as a Davis Autism Approach® Facilitator/Coach.
She trained directly under Ronald Davis, and was supervised by Lorna Timms, Director of Davis Autism International. Because of Marcia's passion and enthusiasm with her clients, as well as her demonstrated competency of the autism concepts, she was invited to train as a Davis Autism Approach® Training Supervisor. Her role as Training Supervisor will be to read and evaluate field assignments of those in training, as well as help Davis Autism International carry Ron's beautiful autism work forward. Marcia is excited and proud to be a part of this process.
